@amboutwe Ah I see, these features have been hidden behind an option. I guess the majority of people who install the plugin don’t use these? Seems mad to me! But thank you very much for pointing this out.

Hi Matt,

Sorry for the delay with replying.

I’ve managed to get this working by changing the file permissions of the sites web folder to give group read access (751)

Please let me know if there are any problems with this. Otherwise thank you for the help.

Hi Joe, thanks for the quick response.

Sorry I don’t have a lot of experience with SQL and since we had followed the same process before without this error, I thought it had something to do with your plugin. I’ve managed to get it all working now just by editing the .SQL file and removing the lines around where the error occurred so thank you for the advice.
