    Hi there!

    Did you try adding a full style rule? It should ensure that the parser knows exactly what to do:

    <style>
    #tidio-chat-iframe { bottom: 0px !important; }
    @media only screen and (max-width: 980px) {
        #tidio-chat-iframe { bottom: 40px !important; }
    }
    </style>

    Hi there!

    For the moment, there’s 1 pre-defined sound that beeps when there’s a new message sent to the visitor. The sound can be muted by the person by using the 3-dot menu icon in the upper right corner of the widget, there’s an option to ‘Turn off notifications’ in it, leaving just a red badge on the icon when there’s a message.

    If you’d like to stop the message from appearing automatically, you can turn off any automatic messages via the Chatbots section on the left side of the admin panel.

    We plan to add more options for controlling the widget sound soon, so stay tuned for it! And in case you’ll need any help with the setup – don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly too, we’re always available for you!

    Hi there,

    Unfortunately we don’t have the option to change the fonts in the chat, however we’ll pass this as a feature request to our developers. We may be able to implement such an option in the future.
