Hello.
Thank you for letting us know about this issue. It affects the appearance of the Ecwid settings pages. Apparently, it occurs at some specific WordPress configurations. This error will be fixed in one of the future releases of the plugin.
In the meantime, a solution will be to fix the error in the main plugin file. That file name is “ecwid-shopping-cart.php” and it is located in the Ecwid Shopping Cart plugin directory of your site that can be found here:
<your site root directory>/wp-content/plugins/ecwid-shopping-cart/I have prepared a fix for this error, the file with the fix can be downloaded from here:
http://plugins.svn.ww.wp.xz.cn/ecwid-shopping-cart/trunk/ecwid-shopping-cart.phpSo the steps to fix the error are as follows:
1) Download the updated file from http://plugins.svn.ww.wp.xz.cn/ecwid-shopping-cart/trunk/ecwid-shopping-cart.php
2) Find the Ecwid Shopping Cart plugin directory at your site.
3) In that directory replace the file ecwid-shopping-cart.php with the one you’ve downloaded. Please, let us know if this solution works for you. Thank you.

In reply to: [Ecwid by Lightspeed Ecommerce Shopping Cart] Store has disappearedOh, the Ecwid store is working again. Was something changed within last hour or two? Could you, please, describe, what changes were applied?

In reply to: [Ecwid by Lightspeed Ecommerce Shopping Cart] Store has disappearedAs far as I can see, the problem is back. Most likely the problem is that some other plugin or theme is changing page contents, because there were no changes to Ecwid plugin. Further investigation requires some sensitive details that are probably better not to be posted on public forum. Please, drop me a line to [ email redacted ], and we’ll proceed with the issue investigation by email.

In reply to: [Ecwid by Lightspeed Ecommerce Shopping Cart] Store has disappearedHi.
I have just checked that store page, and Ecwid works fine there now. Looks like the problem is solved. Could you, please, let us know, how was it solved? Was it something to do with the optimize press plugin settings or maybe some other plugin? This information could help us to investigate such problems in future.
Thank you.

In reply to: [Ecwid by Lightspeed Ecommerce Shopping Cart] Store has disappearedThe problem is that the main ecwid script is not included on the page. At a glance I can think of two possible reasons for it:
1) There is some kind of javascript optimisation plugin in your site that has cut the ecwid script inclusion. Do you have such plugins?
Most of these plugins have a feature of adding scripts to a special list that is not affected by those procedures. So, If that is the case, then, please, add Ecwid script to that plugin exceptions. Adding “app.ecwid.com/script.js” could be enough, however, if the full form is required, then it will be “//app.ecwid.com/script.js?<STORE ID>”, where <STORE ID> is your Ecwid Store ID.
2) The store page content does not have [ecwid_script] shortcode now. It could be occasionally deleted, for example. Could you, please, check the store page content?
If that is the case, then, please, put [ecwid_script] shortcode before other ecwid shortcodes, it should solve the issue.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Ecwid by Lightspeed Ecommerce Shopping Cart] Store has disappearedHello.
Have you installed any other plugins recently or maybe made some changes to your WordPress site in general?
Also, could you, please, post a link to your site store page?
Thank you.
