I am experiencing the same problem.

Got a shop with WP 5.9.2. and woocommerce 6.2.0 and Mollie 7.0.2 and NO problems. Theme Storefront.

The other shop is running 5.9.2 woocommerce 6.3.1 and mollie 7.0.3 and the same mollie error 422 as others. Theme eStore
I’ve deactivated all plugins except off course woocommerce and mollie. If I want to pay an excisting order than I get the 422 mollie error. The order includes shipment amount.

If paying a new created order there are no problems when the order has no shipment amount.
