@missymo Are you trying to install the plugin or this was already working and just suddenly gets the error?
Important points to check
1. make sure that you are not having any permission issue or the files are not locked
2. check if the file is there /home/u437913938/domains/missymo.co.uk/public_html/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/_inc/lib/class.media.php
