The problem solved.
I realized that the problem started after we updated the host PHP to version 8.
Once we downgrade to php v7.4 everything worked fine.

Thank you very much for your efficient support.
This was exactly the problem.
I changed the maximum input (php_value max_input_vars) in my host to 5000, and the problem solved immediately.
You may put this as bold note within the installation text.
