I am using Mac OS, also happens on both iMac/MacBook Pro with Chrome/Safari.
Please see the picture below, it happened to you as well with Mac Safari.

You set user role discount on wholesale page. It creates a new wholesale page for users.
It has its own login page as well, like the link attached above

Did you use the login credentials? If you login with discounted price, it does not work here is a screenshot:

When you click check out it shows the right pricing, and corrects carts pricing. When you add the item in cart, it does not add the options selected pricing.
