Hi again:
I think I solved the problem, and I hope it helps others who might come across it. It seems to happen because I created a custom field called “Sale Price” that I needed to pull into a template for some special formatting. In doing this, I assume it was conflicting with another item in WooCommerce that might have had the same name – causing these erroneous price/numbers to be added. I went into ACF and gave my custom fields unique “Field Names” like “tour_price” and “tour_sale_price” so I can still pull them in where needed but it seems to stop the issue from happening.
Whew, that was a weird one.
Wow, I was loading up a client site today and I always use my own license until the client confirms they bought their own and WHAM – my email address no longer has an active subscription.
Huh? I am 2 weeks from renewal, what the heck? I was an Expert Pro, that was grandfathered in from years ago – so I had 1000 sites at the lower rate before they changed things. Shocked (or not) to see that perhaps I am not the only person recently this has happened to. I’ve been using Elementor for like 7 years, not in a position to stop (too many clients I have converted over) but this really does upset and anger me.
I am still working with billing to fix this issue. In my case payment details are all still there, but none of my licensed sites show and no subscriptions are attached to my email address.
Will update as soon as I know more, in case it helps someone else!!

In reply to: [Visual Portfolio, Photo Gallery & Post Grid] Problem with Elementor 3.28Hi:
This is great and thanks for sharing! I just had a client site experience issues with their Elementor Testimonial and Image Carousels (broke the site really bad, everywhere we are using those widgets). They are the only client I have that also runs the VPPP plugin.
I assume there is a chance changes like this will be overwritten upon an update to VPPP? Hope the developer can weigh in with a more perm solution.
Thanks again!
Thanks so much for the quick reply. Just to clarify, can we do BOTH? The cart total is actually more important to us, but we want to include the weight total calculation when someone orders heavy items.
Basically we want to calculate shipping by cart total but we also want to include another rule where IF the cart were over 20lb then the additional charge is added (even if the customer met the free shipping threshold).
Would the PRO version do that, even if the free version does not? Thanks again!
That worked. You mean the order is important? If that is the case, then wouldn’t we also think that Canada or Everywhere else won’t work if they are at the bottom?
Just asking because that is weird, I assumed the system would go down the line and match the shipping criteria based on what matches the shipping address. Why would it ignore something at the bottom?
Oh and a BIG thank you! I do appreciate you helping me figure this out. Sorry I didn’t say that sooner!!
Hi:
I have tried that a few times. Since all of the items being sold are one of a kind, usually I add a different item into the cart (the cart adjusts to saying ‘Free Shipping’ because the new item throws me over the $750 threshold). I remove that new item, and leave the $325 item and the cart adjusted to telling me no shipping options exist. I am using a CA address, and the Flex Shipping is set (as I showed) for the US only right now until I can get it working.
It is weird, I can’t find anything that would prevent things from working (or nothing obvious to me).
Hi: Thanks so much for the super quick response, but I am confused by the solutions you mentioned because my cart (as shown) did not exceed $750. I am only trying to purchase an item that costs $325.
Don’t I have a rule that would apply here (the #2 rule)…which should be charging me $50 shipping? I did the first solution you mentioned, adding in a 4th rule, but still my cart/checkout is not calculating any shipping charges for my $325 order.
Thanks again.

In reply to: [Product Filter for WooCommerce by WBW] All Categories not showingSorry, this is now showing properly. It appears it might have been a cache issue with her hosting company (server cache needed to be cleared). Thanks!
Hi:
Darn, we are working out how to get around this because the people who will create the listings will be doing so on Spanish – but the default language for the site is English (due to the audience who will use the site). So I am trying to work out how to get those translations handled properly.
Is there a way to have certain pages change the default, basically have the default language for entering listings (the listing creation form) be in Spanish so we can translate in the other direction? Spanish >> English using your system. Probably not, but maybe the PRO version or some code would make something like this happen?? 🙂
For example, how do sites who offer the ability for people to create listings/posts/forum threads, etc handle things if the people creating the content speak more than one language? Just wondering….
Thanks so much for clarifying things for me!!!

Hi:
Thanks for the quick response. I do have two RSS feeds for the site I am pulling from (English + Spanish) but I couldn’t figure out how to get the proper one to show on the homepage. I realized there is a setting (using Elementor) that allows me to show a certain widget (RSS) based on what language the site is currently in. That worked perfectly, I can show one feed when the site is in Spanish and the other feed when the site is in English. All worked out!!
Thanks again and sorry if my original question did not clearly explain my dilemma!!
Hi:
Oh wow, thanks so much! That feature was turned on in the site experiencing the issues, but it was not turned on in the sister site (where the slider images were showing perfectly). Didn’t even think about that, I really appreciate your super quick assistance!

In reply to: [Genesis Blocks] Possible conflict with Reusable BlocksHi:
Thanks for your input. I actually did some more testing last night and I did try it on another site running Authority Pro. It worked fine on the other site, and oddly enough when I try to do traditional plugin troubleshooting (turn them all off, and then back on one by one and test) I can not replicate the issue or associate it with a potential plugin conflict.
Ugh….I hate those issues because I don’t want something like this happening to a client.
Thanks again…right now I can’t narrow down the problem but I am keeping an eye on it when/if it happens again.
Hello:
Just updated my site that was experiencing issues and yes, things are working well now. I am still running WP5.6, and I turned off the jQuery plugin (so I am running the version packaged with WP5.6) and Happy Addons is no longer causing issues. Thanks so much for taking care of thing so quickly.
Wish the best for everyone else!

I think I figured out what the issue is, because I had another client’s site break this morning (their top navigation disappeared). They are running very different plugins but all still have Elementor.
I found after some digging that this is might all be tied to the jQuery version that is being packaged with the newest WordPress. It broke something different on each site, but in researching I found this plugin (https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/) allows me to rollback to the previous version of jQuery and everything is working again.
Of course, running older versions is not recommended, but I can not imagine teams are not on top of this to get it fixed and make sure various plugins (Happy Addons and others) are compatible with the changes in WordPress 5.6
Hope it helps you…and anyone else having this issue.
