It’s not able to download any new reviews. It says unable to find new reviews and please contact support. There are new reviews but it’s not downloading them.

I was finally able to download the latest reviews in the dashboard and everything is ok now.

Hi,
I have installed yoast seo onto my wordpress but when I go to my page settings it says that seo is ‘unavailable’.
The website isn’t live however and is still in construction.
Is this the reason why it says that is unavailable or is there another reason?
I’m running wordpress through xampp(localhost).
