Hi, just to let you know that rolling back your plugin to version 1.0.64 it works again.
So it should be an issue belonging to changes in 1.0.65 version.

I have the same problem, GA code on page seems ok, but in GA-Custom Variables report nothing appears. All standard parameters work and visits and pageviews are tracked properly. I am trying it on two different domains and it does not work in both cases. Turned variables to fewest possibile, nothing changed.
