Thanks for clarification and suggestions. Yes, please close the thread as resolved. Thank you again.
My only concern, however, is that the initial browser page loading time is very long on the domain. I wonder if the alternative connection that Jetpack found on behalf of xml-rpc is contributing to it (i.e. detour is usually longer route, is it?).
You are right. It was a CSS matter. After adding the code with height adjustment. The dropdown menu selection is displayed.
Thank you so much.In the meantime, the host replied about the error as follows:

I am sorry to hear this and for your trouble, but since we cannot enable xmlrpc.php, Modsecurity is not configurable on a shared, and if a Jetpack IP is being blocked, we cannot unblock it on a shared server.

However, even with the error on xmlrpc.php file, it appears that Jetpack functions.Screenshots:

Thank you.Thank you for your response.
Regarding the form, yes, dropdown menu can be seen, but when selected, the selected text does not show. I have tested with other browsers and the results were the same.In the meantime, I contacted the host and they responded as follows:
– XMLRPC is not available on the server as it’s a vulnerability and is hacked often.
– We wouldn’t be able to whitelist their IP as you’d need to be on a VPS or higher to be able to configure such settings. The host would like to know what you are seeing that is blocking at the hosting server end.
Thank you.Hi, Mehdi.
Thank you for your response. I contacted the host and they mentioned:

We saw that ModSec was blocking a curl that was sent without a user agent. It may have confused the Jetpack team, so we will disable it for now.

Could you let me know when you are done with your diagnosis so the ModSec is enabled back again on the site?
Thank you.
