I did it, but I don’t see any 423 error, instead I see these.Screenshot
I also re-checked the AMP error index for some info and I found that the Adsense Script in both head and body was causing an error. Those Scripts were put manually in the past and now I just use Site Kit to serve the Adsense Code by itself. I also disabled all plugins that had incompatibility issues with AMP, purged Cache, and reload amp pages both on the web and mobile versions of AMP. It didn’t work, I just see:
– All Ads on “no AMP version” of Web.
– Anchor Ads on “AMP version” of Mobile.
Anywhere, the problem is still in progress and I don’t know what to do

About the Cookies plug-in, I already checked it with the instructions you gave me and all the options are unchecked.
