Index (home page) is showing up at the top of the form.
Field #2 – Description can not be entered – no data can be put into the field – therefore the form can not be submitted. The form is dead.
Other fields work – but form does not.
How do I get rid of content at top of page?
How do I get the form field “Description” so that it can be highlighted?Thank you,
