In order to disable Post Navigation you have to go to Customizer -> Layout -> Single Post -> And check the eye next to the “Post Navigation” button is grey.
That should disable the post navigation appearing under each post on your page.

In order to access the Layout and Chart area you can go to the page where your chart is being displayed, while logged in as admin. (https://snowdonexperts.uk/snowdon-stats/)
Then click on the Edit Page button here https://ibb.co/Kmq75Kw . Scroll down to where you have your chart and click on it. A settings sidebar should appear on the right, if not then search for the 3 Dots button on the block -> Show More Settings. https://ibb.co/yYkQf1H
Then click on Advanced Options -> Scroll Down to Layout and Chart Area.I hope this explanation will help you out in better finding the setting.

From what i can see the first website is using Inter font not Lato. (https://ibb.co/4JyQSBB).
However if you want to change the font-style in the Hestia theme you can do so by

Usually this happens due to a plugin or theme conflict.
Please disable all plugins, clear all cache, and then start enabling plugins one by one until you find the one causing the issue.

Unfortunately what you want to do is not a feature of the Neve theme as of yet but we will consider it as we try and listen to our community at all times.
In order to achieve the desired result you would need to create custom code adapted to your specific needs and apply it to the website.
We recommend applying custom code by using a child theme by following this guide here https://docs.themeisle.com/article/985-how-to-create-a-child-theme-for-neve.

Using cache and CDN is desirable in this situation as there are no dynamic elements on the page. The score is affected by unused CSS, render blocking, text compression and server requests. Given you only have an <h1> tag on the page all these take unnecessary resources, thus the apparently high score for LCP.
