The sections should appear in both views if they have been published and not saved as drafts.When you are in admin mode, go to Customizer -> FrontPage Sections. Make sure they are visible by checking the eye icon like here https://ibb.co/s6gpZ69 .
Then make sure to pubkish it like @bvytis showed in his screenshot.
If this is not the issue then most probably we are dealing with a plugin conflict. In this case we would need the URL of the website to further investigate!

When it comes to cache options there are a lot of plugins out there and depending on your needs, some might be better than other.
We developed our themes to be as fast and reliable as we could but if you need to improve their speed even more we have an article here that can help you out.

We’re sorry to hear that you decide to move to another theme, we try to keep our theme as fast and light as possible and it’s actually one of the fastest themes currently in the market.
In your case, as there is some conflict it would be needed to check the server log for the specific errors that were thrown to better understand what could have been the reason, maybe it’s just some server limit that was being hit but it could be many different reasons so it requires further investigation.
We appreciate your feedback and if you have any advice about the specific functions that you think are not required and make the theme overloaded we are always happy to forward the feedback to our developers.Thank you once again and we hope to see you back using the Neve theme in the future!

I see that you managed to display the login widget on the sidebar without the background image to disappear.
However i saw that the login form remained in the footer too. If you want to remove that you can add the below code into Customise -> Additional CSS

Can you tell us the error that you got in the Health Check plugin?
Also now, since there seems to be a conflict between Elementor and the theme we can add custom CSS to fit your needs. You can do that by going into Customiser -> Additional CSS and paste this code
.blog-sidebar .widget h5, .card-product .price, .card-product .price h4, .carousel .sub-title, .hestia-about p, .media .media-heading, .navbar .navbar-brand, .shop-sidebar .widget h5, .woocommerce #reviews #comments ol.commentlist li .comment-text p.meta, blockquote, h4.author { font-size: 18px; //add here 16px or what is your desired modification }In the code above you have all the classes that are impacted by the font-size. If you only want to change one just delete the rest and keep the one you’re interested in. For example .hestia-about p { font-size: 16px;} to change only the font size for the paragraph in the about section!

I managed to make the words more compact by changing the paragraph font-size to 16 px instead of varying from 23-29px. The “justify” CSS command tends to behave unexpectedly if the size of the fonts varies from the initial one.
Another solution would be to change the alignment back to initial instead of justify without changing the font-size but this will change the aestethic of the page.Also the theme you are using isn’t in development anymore thus it might not be able to keep up with the plugin. Here i would suggest to consider a migration towards Hestia or Neve (or another theme you like) in order to future-proof your website and be able to constantly improve it!
The choice is entirely yours of course!

I have tried replicating your situation on my machine with no success thus making me think that it might be a plugin conflict somewhere. Can you please try and activate only Otter while having the rest disabled, then re-activating them one by one and see when the site breaks?
If that doesn’t work you can try @spatical fix while following the process here https://wpforms.com/developers/how-to-enable-debugging-in-wordpress/.

I saw that your website is up and running now although seems like you’re not using Orbit Fox anymore.
I have also tried reproducing the error on my machine and got no luck thus makes me think of a plugin conflict.
Have you tried de-activating all plugins and only leaving Orbit Fox active then activating them one by one and see when the site breaks?

Thank you for choosing our products and for your kind words.
The feature to display the Legend differently depending on the device is not available as of this moment but we are taking it into consideration.
However if you would like your legend to be displayed on the bottom of the pie chart we would suggest to go into Edit Page -> Select the Chart Block Settings -> General Settings -> Legend -> Position -> Below Chart.
This will also display the Legend below the chart on all other devices.

I saw that you website is now in production thus i cannot see exactly the layout you want to customize. In Hestia if you want to customize anything you can do it by using the Customizer and access the section and features wanted.
