Alright, I just figured out the issue.
The problem was in pages/posts that had an invisible (commented) html code in them.
Example:
<!--
A code like this!
-->
This caused the page not to render correctly, and break everything after it (Sidebar and all of the footer area).

Okay,
I changed the “class-header-header_main.php” in my child theme to reflect the new changes, but still no good. I never used the “Center Header Block Items” snippet so I do not believe that it is the issue.
I also deactivated all Plugins when I updated, but the problems continued to happen.
