Thank you, @nathvi. I got a domain email address and was able to set it up with my domain.
Never mind. The answer is “Consider yourself lucky if your email goes to an inbox” with a score of 4.8/10. I found a link on MailPoet support for https://www.mail-tester.com/ and tested it.
I entered my personal domain email address to both the From and Reply to fields and it gave me “Good stuff. Your email is almost perfect” with a score of 7.3/10 and said SpamAssassin thinks you could do better. And gave me https://spamassassin.apache.org/
So I guess I’ll talk it over with the group’s director and see if she wants to take up a collection to get an email for the domain.
I’ll leave this open in case someone in the community or in Support has a better solution.
Thanks,
Mathis…
@treibalen Thank you for your response. I was able to FTP into my account and delete the folder, then reinstall MailPoet Premium without any issues and it is working perfectly now. I did not lose any subscribers or emails.
Thanks again.

Thank you, @dromero20 I appreciate the help.
Hi, @prashantrai,
Thanks for the response.
Duh. I just checked and it is indeed not using WPForms. We do have another form on the site that is using it, and those messages are coming through without a problem. So that’s where I got confused. I can’t even find the actual plugin it’s using. What I see when I open the page, is just a blank page with the title in bold, and the option to build the page using blocks. Then at the bottom of the page the SEO information. So I don’t know how they set it up.
Thanks for responding, though. I’ll have to let them figure it out.

In reply to: Grayed out fonts on buttons and wrong size fonts in BlogThank you, Adi.
It did solve the color of the buttons, issue, but changed the default font to white in some places in the text. But only when looking at the blog. If looking at the individual post, it’s still fine.
Any other ideas?
Thanks again,

In reply to: Yep, I broke it. How can I fix it?Thank you, Steve.
Now the only problem is getting her to be able to do that, since she has a serious head injury. At least with this we can see if we can get in there.
Mathis….
Thanks for your reply @wysija
I do not have Member Registration on, and I am the only WordPress User, but I did have “The default WordPress sending method (default)” selected in MailPoet Settings instead of “The current sending method, eg. “MailPoet Sending Service” or “Sendgrid” (recommended)” Could that be the problem?
And I do have “Built-in captcha (default)” selected.
And I just double-checked, and two of them, including the one I thought might a human, bounced.
Thanks,

In reply to: Video subscriptionBashibazouk, before you do this, do you have enough bandwidth and drive space to host videos? Videos do take up a lot of both.
I belong to a group that video records our meetings, and then set up a members-only area for those videos. The way they’re handling them, though, is to post them as Unlisted on Youtube and we log-in to our member accounts on the group’s website, then we can watch the videos on our site. In order to ChromeCast that video, you have to open the video in YouTube by clicking on “YouTube” in the bottom right corner of the player and choose “Open in Youtube_ and it’ll open in a separate Tab. Even though the video is Unlisted, we can still ChromeCast to the TV from that tab or window.
If you do have enough bandwidth and space to host your videos, I don’t know how, but I did find this link that explains why you shouldn’t.

Hope this helps and good luck.

In reply to: How to let visitors download files without creating an account? To solve this issue, I purchased Arclab Dir2HTML ($29.00 USD) and was able to create an index.html file and it allows visitors to click the link in the index.html and download the files. There may have been a better and cheaper way to do it, but this one worked and didn’t take as long.
Thanks again,

In reply to: How to let visitors download files without creating an account? Thanks, @jnashhawkins. I put the files in a folder and was able to go to that folder and actually call up the files one at a time by name, but wasn’t able to get a directory listing. I called GoDaddy and was told there’s not a way to get the listing, that I’d have to make an index.htm or .php file with the names on them. Since there are 55 files and we’ll be adding files in the future, I’m not sure I want to spend the time to create one.
Thanks, though.

Thank you, Tobias.
The shift click is what I was needing. If it is in the documentation, I didn’t see it.
Thanks again for the great plugin.
