    Ok,

    1. I was transferring from my own personally cPanel that was on my dedicated as a VPS to my host provider`s cPanel services.

    2. The OS i had on my own was CentOS 5 32-bit, this one is 64-bit either ubuntu or debian.

    3. I will check the files with my own, but i think most of them uploaded, and i added in a fresh installation for wp-admin and wp-includes. The error log in the main directory for this wordpress installation or the site have not mentioned any files missing just coding errors which is odd since i did not change those files.

PHP Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘./se7enfigure.com/wp-blog-header.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php’)

From this i think the directories changed/file changed locations in this OS compared to CentOS would that be a correct assumption?

Ah i do not use bluehost i use my own server provide where i manually config and set up the site and wordpress. And this issue happened after i transferred it, i changed the paths and the databases to link to the installation correctly, I have absolutely no idea how this issue started.

I have and run around 5 other wordpress site which are all working, spread across 2 servers including the server i recently transferred this site and other site too.

would you say that my issue is the .htaccess files is there anyway i can correct this?
