I have the same issue here:

The images of the teammembers / boxes are sometimes overlapping! Unfortunately the problem ist not consistent, I can not reliably reproduce it. It seems to happen in different browsers.
Here you can find a screenshot of the problem (Browser Chrome 49, Resolution 1024×768):

With this browser-testing-website the problem is sometimes reproducable if you reload the site several times:

So it really seems to be a loading issue!
