In reply to: Video instructions out there?Well, this is a guy I know from the Net. We’ve never met in person. He’s a good guy, but he has some very important personal issues to take care of and cannot be bothered with this right now. His family comes first and he won’t be around for a good long while. Were I in his shoes, it would be the same.
The point is, why is this so frickin hard? Why are the instructions not be 100% beginners? I have read and read and read and am no closer to solving this thing.
Adding up the hours, I must be over 12 at this point. That’s a lot of hours with zero movement and success.

In reply to: Video instructions out there?This is turning out to be a lot more complicated than I thought. I’m just lost. No idea what mysql database means, even after doing a search. After a week at it I am no closer to even beginning this thing and the more I read, the more confused I become.
I’m no moron. I built my computer. It was easy. I’ve ben building them for over a decade. But for some reason this is just looking like a comlete foreign language to me. Talk about frustrating. I want to throw my keyboard across the room in defeat and I don’t like that.

In reply to: Video instructions out there?OK, this is confusing because that is with Blue-Host, which I do not use. I’m really losty on how to do this in my situation.
I’ve registered a domain and that domain will be hosted by a friend on his server.
So how do I do this in my situation?
I’m really unable to continue further because I just don’t know how. Beign dyslexic, I can only get so far and this is anything but easy.
