I am not sure what it was (maybe an unlucky bug?) but after disabling it I uninstalled it and re-installed it, the same thing happened.
So now I’m just using another plugin and the WordPress backend is working fine again.I don’t know what happened, how it happened, and how to avoid it, but now I’m just glad that I can keep working fine without any problems so thank you for that temporary solution.
I am pretty new at web development and WordPress so I can’t really tell you exactly what I did, but it doesn’t matter because I was following a video step by step. So all of the things I had activated in the settings of the plugin should show there as well.
For now, I will try renaming the folder so I can get it working again.
