I have set up another account that is not Admin (its a “Subscriber” role) and when this login is used I still get the Admin bar at the top of the page.
I would like this not to display as I dont want people to be able to edit when I give them a UN / Password.
How do I go about this?

FORCE_SSL_ADMIN is for when you want to secure logins and the admin area so that both passwords and cookies are never sent in the clear. This is the most secure option.
