I just installed this with 2.1.x and it works great, except I need to hit “alt+shift+v” (firefox) each time to make the editor appear.
Anyone know how to tweak the Php or other settings to default it to visible on load?

No go drmike. I updated the .htaccess, but
http://www.waking-dream.com/?feed=rss2
bounces you to the index file instead of
http://www.waking-dream.com/blog/?feed=rss2

Ditto the above. Posting works fine, but the editor was missing all but the functions mentioend in the previous post.
