Okay, have a great state holiday!
When you return, I tried both of the codes for the plugin:
Neither of them seem to work, I can include screenshots of the code snippets and the cart showing that the discount is being applied incorrectly when there’s a bundled product in the cart.
I suspect an update to the Bundled Products plugin has outdated the code snippets for compatibility.
Hmm okay, I tried both methods of implementing the code and neither of them seemed to work.
What is the expected behavior of this code? Is it supposed to automatically ignore products in a bundle or does it add an option for that to a menu?
The only thing I’m not sure about is where to put the code.
The instructions say to place the code in functions.php but the plugin doesn’t have a file with that name. Is there another file I should put the code in or should I create a functions.php file? If so, where does it go in the filetree?
Oh, I got the rest of it. Sorry about that! I’ll test the code and confirm if it worked
Ah, that appears to be what I need! It’s the third one down, “WooCommerce Product Bundles, by SomewhereWarm”
However, the code on that page is truncated. I can add the code to functions.php all I need is the rest of it
Adding the Bundled Product to the excluded list does not work, it counts each of the items bundled into it as separate items from the Bundle, even though they’re really just part of the Bundle.
Should I make a separate ticket?
Also worth noting that not only do I have the plugin “WooCommerce Subscriptions” but I also have the plugin “WooCommerce All Products For Subscriptions”. All items I sell have available subscriptions, so this bug occurs on all items.
I have the same issue with the same combination of plugins.
Any time the cart is updated, the qty of everything in the cart is multiplied by 4.
