I fixed it. Thanks for all the help. I would of not been able to fix if it wasn’t for your advice on plugins. It was the database storing the wrong value for a plugin. However I don’t know if it was storing wrong value in database due to WordPress or the plugin.

The wp_options table was storing the wrong value for woothemes-sensei-settings. It was storing b = 0 so I changed it to 1. I don’t know if WordPress changed this value because WordPress could have changed this value when I changed menu in Dashboard so could be a bug by WordPress since changing a menu settings and then deleting it and making a new menu shouldn’t changed WordPress settings for b = 1 . Or could be a bug by WordPress Sensei changing the value. Don’t know which one changed it.
P.S. The plugin is Woothemes Sensei.

It’s definitely the database. I use an old database and it display’s fine. However when I change the database to most recent database using old wordpress files. The login or logout link doesn’t show. Where does the login or logout links go in the database so I can fix this?
