Thank you for your answer. The problem was in the rest api on my site, when trying to start the Mega Menu editor it did not start Elementor functions.
If you have a similar problem, run Mega menu and Elementor won’t load, check if you have Rest api enabled on the website.
The problem has now been resolved. Thanks for your time and tips!

I used the <body> tag to define which classes I want to exclude. It works! Thank you very much for solving my problem.
