Hi,
thank you!
I had the User Role Editor installed for another reason, I never modified the capabilities for vendors.
And I checked in the capability settings for vendors in the WCFM admin dashboard: Vendors have access to everything that is possible. I think I also never modified any of those settings. Default is everything “on”.
Also, it fits that vendors have access, because they can access wp-admin after the once went back to overcome the error page.Regards
MatthiasHello!
I have the “User Role Editor” plugin installed. But the behavior is the same, with or without that plugin. And the vendor generally has access to wp-admin. Can I configure it within WCFM? I even thought I saw the option once, but I cannot find it right now. Can you help me finding it?
Also, I am still not sure if this error is just an issue after the first loading of the page after he got that role. But you cannot reproduce it at all?
Then I might try a fresh installation.Thank you and best regards
MatthiasHello,
I understand – and I have a suggestion: Instead of creating a list of all users, it might suffice to check, if the e-mail (it is unique) is already connected to an existing account, and if yes, use this account to make it a vendor – otherwise create a new account as you do right now.
Best regards

In reply to: [MANGOPAY for WooCommerce] Payment methods ELV & GiropayHi!
Thank you for the quick reply! All right, I am happy to hear that Giropay will come in the near future.
Regards
MatthiasI solved the issue: The order is stuck in “on-hold” or “waiting” (I am not sure how it is labeled in English). This is because of the payment method, i.e. certain methods seem to leave the order in a state where the vendor is not notified. If I select for example “cash on delivery” instead of “invoice”, then everything is fine.
Okay, then I misunderstood the commission-table.
The mail to the customer is still sent out. That is why I reckon it is not only the mailing problem, because as “jeongsik min” described, the vendor does not see the product in his list of orders until an admin sets the order to “in progress”.
For sure, I will continue debugging, maybe even trying just to uninstall and re-install some plugins.Hello,
I have exactly the same problem.
Entries in the table wp_pv_commission are only created after marking it as processing.
Interestingly, for me it used to work a few days ago, but suddenly it does not work any more, i.e. vendors do not see the orders and do not get an e-mail.
Obviously I made changes on the site, but I am not able to recall all of them and I do not see a relation to the problem.
I would be very happy if someone might have an idea what the reason could be.
Thank you!
