Looks like I found the plugin that was causing the conflict: Nested Pages
I definitely need a way to manage all of our pages, as our site is page heavy. Do you have any recommendations?

As an update to this, I can find the courses in the Dashboard, and could even create a course. I just can’t see the Sensei buttons in the left hand menu!
