For anyone else curious I followed the instructions here: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/8961544/how-do-i-get-identity-token-in-paypal-sandbox
Basically, I had to log into sandbox.paypal.com with the Sandbox Business logins, go to https://www.sandbox.paypal.com/businessmanage/preferences/website and turn on “auto payment” and “payment data transfer”.

When you’re on the https://developer.paypal.com/developer/accounts/ page and you go down to Manage Accounts and click on the View/Edit Account link it opens a modal with Account Details. Is it in there somewhere?
