Thank you for your input. Increasing the decimal places from 2 to 4 resolved the stock ticker display issue. However when we check the [BETA] time series intraday for equity, the value of all tickers show up as 0.0000. Would you have any suggestions to get this resolved? Thanks

Here is the summary:
Trying to add the stock ticker widget to the sidebar didn’t work for our website. The options available on the appearance widgets tab were only left sidebar and right sidebar.
We tried adding stockticker to both the side bars but we didn’t get the scrolling ticker on the webpage. So we just added the plugin shortcode to the php file.
Maybe the video could explain how/where to add shortcode to the php file for non-tech users.

We found someone relatively computer knowledgeable and he fixed it for us. I do appreciate your help on this. Thank you very much for your responses.
