From my experience with this plugin, the web site will default to whatever Language you set it to last. For example: If you switch from Spanish to English, close your browser, then open again and bring up your website it will still be in English until to change back to Spanish.
I can safely say that this solution fixed the problem on my website (which is also hosted on GoDaddy). All GoDaddy customers who may still be experiencing the issue must be sure to clear the website cache after applying the fix. Failing to do so will cause the error to remain on the servers.
