furthermore, I have other WP site same plugin : in that case BCC is correctly sent to @icloud.comAdded in “return-path address” the same email address I have in “emailto”
(i do not have 2 different email on same domain)Now at least I received a “mail delivery system error”

it works with:
‘filename’ => ‘adesione {Nome (First):1.3} {Nome (Last):1.6}.pdf’but,
strange that ‘first’ is 3rd element array and ‘last’ is 6th
