In reply to: just upgraded to new wp version and i get internal errorIt looks like the automatic upgrade didn’t work due to the lack of 755 permissions (I do not even know what they are). They have reset all permissions and everything seems to be working now.

i permessi della radice del dominio erano malsettati e abbiamo provveduto a ripristinarli correttamente.
Infatti, il PHP necessita esclusivamente di permessi 755; con permessi diversi produce l’errore da lei riscontrato:http://kb.aruba.it/KB/a220/se-durante-lesecuzione-di-uno-script-php-si-ottiene.aspx?KBSearchID=623
La invitiamo a verificare che il suo client FTP e i suoi applicativi web non effettuino dei CHMOD automatici, perché in tal caso il problema potrebbe ripresentarsi.
Se in futuro dovesse nuovamente ricevere un Internal Server Error, la preghiamo di accedere al pannello admin del dominio:
e di attivare nella sezione “servizi hosting linux” il tool “ripristino permissions”.
Restiamo a disposizione per eventuali chiarimenti.Distinti saluti.

In reply to: just upgraded to new wp version and i get internal errorI made quite a stupid mistake, probably due to my lack of experience. I backed up the content of my site (the actual site) on my home pc. I don’t think this is a real backup.
I already opened a ticket on ARUBA, but they haven’t replied yet.

In reply to: Mobile site doesn't show upThanks a lot, I have already solved the problem. I removed the jetpack mobile plugin, cancelled any other plugin concerning mobile browsers, and now everything works fine. Sorry for disturbing the forum.
