    Hi Michael, unfortunately not. Ive been stuck at this point for months now as I just dont have the knowledge to figure this one out.

    Both the brand and designer pages are set up the same way, but the products linked to the brand will not show on the brand’s page like the designer’s do. I cannot for the life of me figure it out why – it used to work perfectly, probably something simple.

    Hi Michael, firstly thank you for answering my query, I appreciate it. Yes both the brand and designer are post types with an identical set up. Woocommerce has a product category titled ‘brand’ but not designer – which is where I think the issue stemmed from, the woocommerce brand slug took priority over our custom post type as they both had the slug ‘brand’. When I went into woocommerce and changed the ‘brand’ slug to ‘family’ instead to open back up those pathways – the brand pages came back but no products pulled through anymore as they used to hence the issue and the designer page pulls the product through fine. – I can take any screenshots or video recordings necessary for support.
