Thanks for you reply!
I doubt it’s theme related since it only happens in the admin interface and that’s set to the default theme, which works on a myriad of other servers.
As for plugins, they make no change whether I enable or disable them.

date_format is set to “j F Y”, which works everywhere but on the Posts overview in the admin interface.
