Hi Dennis,
I’m not sure if this is related, but I’ve noticed something else — for some reason, shipments are being deleted for certain orders. When the order status changes to Processing, the shipment is created as expected, but afterward, it somehow gets deleted. I haven’t been able to determine what’s causing this issue.
I tried to prevent the deletion using the woocommerce_shiptastic_shipment_order_keep_non_order_item hook (I was attempting to restrict any automatic deletion), but it doesn’t seem to be working properly. I can’t reproduce the problem consistently, yet it still persists.

Thanks for your response.
I checked all the logs, but unfortunately, I couldn’t find anything related to that issue – no actions, no errors, nothing at all. I also tried to reproduce it on my end but wasn’t able to.
I don’t have any plugins that might trigger such an issue, and all automation settings are enabled and should work as described, right? If so, that shouldn’t be the cause.
Also, I don’t have any custom code that could trigger this issue.

We are creating them via DHL API, however, for those shipments there is no shipping label/ tracking id, hence a status can’t be pulled

Thanks @inpsydekrystian! The phone number is not transferred even if it’s enabled. “Retrieve the buyer’s billing and shipping detail” should configured by PayPal, right? Also what about shipping methods without taxes?
Hello, @inpsydekrystian! Thanks for respond! But it’s not necessary to redirect the user to the checkout page, right? I want to avoid requiring “confirmation within checkout.” Also I’ve tested this flow, and the checkout page fields are not automatically filled after completing the PayPal checkout. I want to end the order within Paypal without any redirections.
