Thank you very much for your feedback regarding our request.
We are unable to reproduce the error; it’s being reported by customers, who unfortunately don’t know how to reproduce it.
When I say “French customers,” I mean that our website is aimed at a French clientele and is written only in French, not translated into English.
That’s why we would like to be able to, or see, this error message translated.
Is there an other possible solution, please?
(In the meantime, I will open a ticket as you recommended.)
