it’s an error that happens every now and then not necessarily every time

I’ve turned off all of Integration with External API

like the other one says it’s more reliable to use the external one such as Simple CAPTCHA Alternative with Cloudflare Turnstile

but maybe CF7 doesn’t like the external ones I’m not really sure

for example a customer sent me a message saying my forms were broken and then I tested it it was completely broken it just said there was an error and none of the fields had any marking saying there was an error

I tried to look at the browser console but I’m not sure if I’m looking at the right place because I don’t see anything

and then after trying a few more times it worked and then it kept working after that so it’s very hard to test

A lot of errors don’t actually give you a message. If you don’t see an error message next to a field saying what’s wrong, it’s probably some bug internally. EG if the name and email is already in the database it will actually fail to send again but there will be no error message telling you that is the problem

But to test turn off the turnstile and use a 3rd party Simple Cloudflare Turnstile plugin in

I used invisible recapture for years with no problems when I’m using a 3rd party instead of the built in integration which sometimes works and sometimes doesn’t

@polyfade I would recommend not using it and using Simple Cloudflare Turnstile instead

I also had huge problems with recapture built in and had to use a 3rd party plugging for that. But when I found Simple Cloudflare Turnstile it works quite simply out of the box without any of these errors
