It was the plugin CPT UI from https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/custom-post-type-ui/.

I’ve checked all the display settings as you mentioned, but unfortunately nothing was shown on my dashboard.

Is there anything wrong with my configuration wether its a CPT or the plugin settings or is it really a bug from your plugin ? Thank you.
