For the WP Activity Log settings, I can share screenshots if that is more helpful, but I believe we are just using the default settings for the plugin.

Some additional information from our server log: Notice: Function _load_textdomain_just_in_time was called incorrectly. Translation loading for the complianz-terms-conditions domain was triggered too early. This is usually an indicator for some code in the plugin or theme running too early.
Based on this message we suspect there might a conflict with our Complianz plugin.
