I actually just received help internally to open up a traffic port that was blocking updates.wpbeaverbuilder.com from connecting to the server. Thanks for your help. This solved the issue!
Thanks for your help Jamie. Unfortunately, I’m having trouble updating Beaver Builder, and am not getting a response from my ticket. When I enter the license key I get an error saying “ERROR! We were unable to connect to the update server. If the issue persists, please contact your host and let them know your website cannot connect to updates.wpbeaverbuilder.com.” I would greatly appreciate your help, as we are in the middle of website updates and now Beaver Builder is completely not functional. 🙁
