In reply to: [OceanWP] Customized post templateHi, I’m having this issue too. I can’t believe it’s so hard to get a template file working…. Did you find a solution?
I tried to fix this issue too much but it didn’t work. The author didn’t collaborate fine (I thanked god I didn’t purchase this theme) so I dropped this theme and I’m using another one.

1. Installed a new fresh WordPress
2. Installed CPT UI
3. Installed OceanWP and its child theme
4. Activated the child theme (contains on the modifications you mentioned)The white page appeared!!!

BTW, This issue doesn’t occur in case I use “Twenty Nineteen” theme.
I could fix this issue by increasing memory_limit from 256M to 1024M.
BTW, I tried to reinstall the plugin but it didn’t fix the issue.
