In reply to: wp-cron causing excessive processesI’ve run into a similar issue with wp-cron.php processes bringing a server to its knees. it happened a few hours after I upgraded to 3.1. Anyone else seeing this?

Alternatively, is there an offline tool that I could use to upgrade the DB structure and content, then replace the old database with a new one that is ready for 2.3? Script anyone?

I’ll try it again at some other time via those settings. I spent too much time this morning debugging and rolling back everything 🙂
