Manually adding the plugin files into the same folder worked! Thanks so much! I hope this helps anyone else who had this problem.
Thanks for the reply. I tried installing and activating All in One but that did not work. I do not have FTP access but have a note into the guy that supports my site. I will give him this info and will update the thread in case anyone else encounters the issue. Thanks!
