Having the same problem. Using Ippsum template. I cannot edit – the + just stares at me. Tried 4.0.6, but so far that doesn’t seem to be working.
Thank you. I was able to resolve this by going into GoDaddy File Management and choose a version of the .php from a period where i knew it was working just restored it from there. I was able to get back into the site.
