Hi Michel,
Oops… yes, I see it. I will respond to that now. Thanks for checking! 🙂
Great! Thanks Michel! Just sent you an email 🙂
Hi Michel,
Thanks! Glad to hear you figured out where the issue was coming from with the colors.
So for uploading the premium version… can I just send you the log in info and you can upload it…? 😀 That would probably be A LOT faster than us typing back and forth!!! Haha…
I think where I’m getting stuck is step 6… when I try to upload to the folder you said… I get an error message saying I’m either over the quota amount or trying to upload a folder- which I was! So not sure what to do from there… I started opening all the folders and uploading the content that way… but that doesn’t seem practical as there’s probably 100 different folders…! And they’re being uploaded to the general plugin folder… not the specific folder for your plugin… so that doesn’t seem right…
And the zip file got uploaded… but that was the unzipped file. Am I supposed to unzip it first? When I tried to upload the unzipped one, that’s when I started getting the error messages about trying to upload a folder.
Also, it wasn’t even super clear which file I was supposed to download from my account page! There were 2 links there! Considering what I purchased, I’m guessing it’s the file with google in the name, but not exactly sure about that either.
I hope you don’t mind just logging in for me and uploading the right file… 🙂 I would imagine that would save us both a lot of time typing and responding here… haha… So if that works for you, please let me know how I can send you that info privately.
Thanks! 🙂
Hi Michel,
Followed your instructions for uploading to the premium version. Not working. Is there somewhere I’m supposed to put in the license number? I also tried clicking re-initalize feed and that didn’t seem to resolve the issue either.

Also, I didn’t know where to copy the old folder to. Wasn’t allowing me to copy it to my desktop. So I just changed the name. That seems to me like it would work. But maybe not….?
Woo hoo!!!! It works!!! Thanks!!!! Hope you guys get that fixed soon cause that was a huge pain in the a**!!! Haha… But at least it’s working now! I pressed save feed after removing all the color options as you suggested and I also clicked save feed after adding the new ones. Typically I had been clicking generate and save feed. Thanks again!! Hopefully it stays this way instead of changing back automatically again!! Thanks! Now I’ll get the premium version installed and get on with my marketing!! Woo hoo!!! 😀
Ok, nevermind. I’m trying your suggestion and so far it let me delete them this time… Will let you know what happens. Very strange….!
Hi Michel,
I will try that, but as I mentioned in my last message, it’s not even ALLOWING me to delete all the color options. It left 3 with no way to remove any of them!
Hi @aukejomm,
Thank you! For now, I used someone else’s PayPal account to make the purchase. But hopefully in the future, you’ll offer other options besides forcing people to use PayPal. Thanks! I may be contacting you in a year about those other options! 😉
Hi Michel,
Thanks for the quick response! Yes, I am aware that there is a line not filled in. That’s what I’m getting at. That is your plugin doing that! This is the same problem I had initially when I reached out. I have made these same changes now 3 or 4 times and your plugin automatically changes things. I don’t think I have yet tried deleting ALL of the color options and then filling them all out again. I will try that. But seems to be a deeper issue. Again, to be absolutely clear, I have NEVER left a row empty. Those are the automatic changes your plugin is making.
Thanks for the other detailed information!
I have just tried your suggestion. The plugin won’t even allow me to delete all the color options. It leaves 3. Now when I add the rest again, I’m still left with those 3.

https://pasteboard.co/ID7exg5.pngHi Michel,
Actually… turns out it didn’t solve the issue. The same issue is happening again. The fields are automatically changing, even after I saved them.
https://pasteboard.co/ID6BbPm.png
https://pasteboard.co/ID6BsUN.pngSo this is causing the colors orange and purple to show up as multi-color, rather than orange and purple like they are supposed to.
I just tried to make the changes again and I’m not seeing any difference in the feed.
Also, for the payment for the premium version, a family member used their PayPal account for me. So that is settled. But I hope you will offer other options in the future. It’s not nice to be forced into opening/using a PayPal account. Your payment system gives 2 options… one is subscribing with PayPal and the other is subscribing with a credit/debit card, but even that option forces you to create a PayPal account before it will process the payment! Not nice!
Lastly, I’m trying to install the premium version. The instructions say that in order to avoid deleting the feed (which from I understand took about a week to be approved by Google in the first place! So I definitely don’t want that to be deleted and have to start that process over again!) So I’m supposed to use FTP to install the premium version and “overwrite” the free version. But I don’t know how to do that. And again, don’t want to risk wasting another week waiting for Google to approve all of my products again! Can you give me more details or send me a link where it gives further instructions on how to do this?
Thanks!
Hi Michel,
Thanks for checking back! Yes, I just tried and your suggestion worked for me. Thanks!
Also, I tried using a similar plugin that I could add variable products with, but their plugin had issues too… many more than yours! And not as good support… So I suppose I WILL be buying your premium version. I just tried to purchase it now though and I’m not able to purchase it using PayPal. Too many issues trying to log into or use PayPal since I’ve been living abroad and it won’t even let me create a new account as my bank card is already tied to my old account. And I can’t access that account unless I spend like an hour on the phone dealing with their customer support. That’s what happened last time and I’m just not going to do it. It’s not worth all the hassle. I just don’t use PalPal anymore. What other options are there for making the payment? People shouldn’t be forced to create a PayPal account just to use your plugin.
Hi Eva,
Sure, here they are:
https://pasteboard.co/IBG6peD.png
https://pasteboard.co/IBG6KV5.pngNow… I thought maybe it’s because some of my products are listed in 2 categories…?
The only categories that should show up are Men’s T-Shirts, Women’s T-Shirts, Stickers, Totes, Mugs, and Pillows. But on my website, the t-shirts are listed in both the shirt category, their brand name, and their shirt brand/style. And I excluded those last 2 category options.
For the tax, I haven’t tried yet. Last time I checked, I wasn’t sure which option to select because I want to add tax in ALL states since the printing company changes me tax. So I still need to look into that more, but thanks for your suggestion with the link!
Hi Eva,
Thanks for your response! I also set up all the feeds separately and now I have set up another one this time excluding all the categories I didn’t want, but it’s still not working…!
Ok, thanks! Looks like it’s 1.16.0.
Also, is there another way to add different sizes besides upgrading to the premium version? It’s a good plugin, but I’m not paying $70 a year just to add different sizes. Anything else you can suggest to accomplish this?
Thanks!
Oh, great! Thank you!
