I uninstalled and reinstalled WooCommerce as you suggested, and now it seems to work fine. Simple as that 🙂

I tried deactivating all the plugins and switching to 2020 theme, and the site crashed again.
On a staging site it works ok though. Only the WooCommerce product categories widget didn’t work, but the site did not crash.
When I follow the link in the email from WordPress (“Your Site is Experiencing a Technical Issue”), in recovery mode, I can see this error message on the plugin page.

IT WORKED!!!
Thank you so much, I’ve spent literally hours trying to figure this out.
I changed the settings to just Geolocate, and now the review function works fine.
