Sorry for the delay I just recently read your answer.
In fact, what happens with this issue is that the browser don’t recognize the address correctly. As a consequence, it shows the page from the beginning and not from the element as expected.
In concrete in my case, what I have is an address like this:
http://192.168.56.101/?page_id=4127&lang=fr#calendrier-seances&lang=fr
Consequently, the page page_id=4127 is showed but not at the element calendrier-seances.
