Update: the problem is no longer isolated to Internet Explorer. The header and footer (and other issues with the appearance) are now popping up in Firefox, Safari, and other web browsers. (www.nestseller.com) Please help!
I also am looking for a similar plugin. Does anyone know whether such a plugin exists (aside from Qixit, which appears to have a premium comment section alongside a free comment section)?
I am also looking for a plugin that would charge visitors to a website to leave a comment. Buxton161 or Elliotvs, do you or anyone else know where this type of plugin is now available? Thanks!
