I did manage to find somebody who was apparently the new owner and was involved with them over the past years and whilst encouraging correspondence to start with his then just disappeared. I would say it is a very low priority for them to keep things operational which is a real shame because it was a good product. I would be betting willthey are now completely gone, they don’t even answer these emails to say they are still in business etc.
